Shipping Policy

To ensure our commitment to deliver all orders in timely manner and in perfect condition are met,

1. We utilize AustPost services for all shipment requirements
2. We offer Standard Shipping charges on products ordered at Fabric Of India based on weight requirement defined by AustPost. Please find weight vs cost below
3. Current offer for shipping within Australia for any order over $99.00.
4. Each order will be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders. We request you to provide full street address with postal code when placing order at our website.
5. We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 1-2 working days of the order on the ready to ship items. Items which require stitching may take longer, from 20-25 working days to ship.
6. We ship on all week days, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Weekends will be dispatched on Monday.
7. While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
8. If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuses to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or log on to www.FabricOfIndia.com.au , mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
